Deposit/ Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling/Cancellation/ No-Show Policy​

Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid an additional £50 booking deposit

Rescheduling is allowed once; any further changes will result in deposit forfeiture and may require a new deposit to rebook.

No-shows will lose their deposit, and will be refused to rebook for the services.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation, and the deposit will be lost.

Client Accountability Policy
Clients must review all policies, pre-procedure requirements, and healing expectations before paying a deposit. Bliss Beauty reserves the right to cancel appointments if clients are not eligible or prepared for treatment.
Touch-Up Policy
Touch-ups are not included and will incur additional fees based on the time elapsed since your last session.

Follow-up appointments (6–8 weeks) are crucial for optimal results. Delays beyond this window may require additional work or fees.

Annual top-ups are for Bliss Beauty clients only; external work will be charged at full price.
If scheduling your top-up within 6–8 weeks might be challenging, please let us know during your consultation. We’ll help find the best solution for your treatment plan.
Healing and Results
Healing outcomes vary by client. Results depend on individual healing and may require multiple sessions. Specific results, such as colour or coverage of prior tattoos, cannot be guaranteed. All services are non-refundable.
Right of Refusal
Bliss Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are unsure, indecisive, or in breach of policies. Deposits will be forfeited if appointments are cancelled due to policy violations or contradictions. The studio maintains a safe, non-judgmental space. Verbal or physical abuse, discriminatory
behaviour, or negative energy will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Payment Policy
Payments are accepted via cash or bank transfer only. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment; otherwise, your slot may be forfeited.
